Our story

About us

We are a Federal Way nonprofit founded in 2025. Our work is local and practical: sit with someone who is looking for a job, connect people to support, and run a thrift store that serves the neighborhood.

Federal Way, 2025

Local work, a shared address.

All Nations One Voice began in 2025 in Federal Way. The work is local: sit with someone who needs a computer to look for a job, offer practical support, and keep FOUND IT! Thrift Store open at the same address.

We do not currently run GED or English classes. When a class is scheduled, it will appear on the Classes page so people can register.

How we work

Our values

01

Empowerment

We offer tools and time — a computer, a listening ear, a next step — so people can move forward on their own terms.

02

Accessibility

Support should be easy to find. We keep our doors, our store, and our contact information clear and local.

03

Dignity

Every neighbor has worth. We help in ways that respect people, not programs that do not match what we actually do.
