Our story
About us
We are a Federal Way nonprofit founded in 2025. Our work is local and practical: sit with someone who is looking for a job, connect people to support, and run FOUND IT! Thrift Store so neighbors can shop, donate, and find what they need.
Federal Way, 2025
A store, a desk, and neighbors we know.
All Nations One Voice started here in 2025. The work is local: sit with someone who needs a computer to look for a job, offer practical support, and keep FOUND IT! Thrift Store open at the same address.
The photos here are the real floor, the real racks, and the days we put toys in families' hands. That is the foundation people meet when they walk in.
- Founded in 2025 to serve our Federal Way community
- Computer access and one-on-one help looking for work
- Support services for neighbors, seniors, and people with disabilities
- FOUND IT! Thrift Store — shop and donate at the same location

FOUND IT!
The store is how most people find us.
Clothing, home goods, kids items, and holiday tables — one room on Pacific Hwy S that keeps everyday things within reach.

Days that look like the mission.
Toy giveaways, donation runs, and families at the front door. This is the part of the work a form cannot show.

How we work
Our values
01
Empowerment
We offer tools and time — a computer, a listening ear, a next step — so people can move forward on their own terms.
02
Accessibility
Support should be easy to find. We keep our doors, our store, and our contact information clear and local.
03
Dignity
Every neighbor has worth. We help in ways that respect people, not programs that do not match what we actually do.
